This is a fantastic opportunity to earn over $120,000 Per year! We are a Relocation company with offices in Portland and Seattle that offers office moving, industrial moving, furniture delivery and installation, as well as residential moving services. We are interstate agents for North American Van Lines. We offer pre-qualified leads. This position has uncapped potential and could develop over time into a greater sales management role.

We are looking for an experienced Office and Industrial sales pro! We do supply leads but are looking for someone who can find and bring new business. We actually pay 50% more commission for any self-generated business or an existing book of contacts and business that can be brought to bear. We are looking for an individual with strong sales acumen. Must have excellent computer skills, basic CRM skills and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close the sale
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Increase profitability of the sale by selling products and upgrade services
• Urgency and consistency with all leads and estimates with customers
• Provide customers with excellent customer care
• Ability to provide accurate relocation and storage estimates
• Enter all customer notes into CRM process
• Regular and accurate communication with Inside Sales, Outside Sales partners, Operations and Administration
• Maintain knowledge of tariffs and moving standards of practice
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Follow company policies and procedures, operating hours and disciplines

Job Requirement:

• High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
• 2+ years of successful O&I sales
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Consultative/Solution based selling and closing skills
• Phone presence that is persuasive and influential
• High level of Customer Service
• Active listening skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
